What does it cost?

Nothing up front. Our fee comes out of a completed sale, and you'll see the exact terms in writing before you sign anything.

I'm not a tech person. Can I still do this?

Yes. Most owners we talk to aren't. If you can show us the software you use every day, we'll take it from there.

What should I send?

A short intake. Helpful files include a financial summary, a record estimate, a sample export, or a list of systems. Accounts, contracts, and communications can go in one submission.

Do you sell my contact information?

No. Files stay confidential and are shared with a buyer only with your written OK.

Where do you meet?

We live and work in North Idaho, and we meet owners in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Sandpoint, Spokane, and Spokane Valley.

How soon will you reply?

Within 2 business days.

Are the payout ranges an offer?

No. The ranges are illustrative. The payout depends on buyer bids.
